Policies Related to COVID-19
Eagle Point Resort is dedicated to providing guests the opportunity to recreate outdoors and enjoy amenities with reasonable precautions towards the safety of all guests and employees. Our objective is to open and remain open for the entire winter season. Prior to visiting the resort, please ensure that all members in your group or family are familiar with the following guidelines to help achieve that goal.
Eagle Point has a reputation for uncrowded slopes and no lift lines, even during the holidays. To ensure that guests can social distance at the resort throughout the winter season, daily ticket sales will be capped at 750 tickets per day. Accounting for Season Pass holders, this will cap daily on-mountain guests at about 1,000 per day during peak periods.
Advanced Purchase Lift Tickets are required (even for the day-of) before arriving at the resort, and the earlier you purchase the more you will save as well. If there are tickets for sale on the Eagle Point website then the limit has not been reached. We do not anticipate the limit being reached other than possibly during peak holiday days.
Guests will be able to pick up their Advanced Purchase Lift Ticket at either Skyline or Canyonside Lodges with limited interaction with resort staff. Season Pass holders can proceed directly to the lifts and Season Pass holders will not be subject to any restrictions relative to on-mountain daily ticket sale limitations. Guests will be greeted outside of Canyonside and Skyline lodges by the Eagle Point Welcome Team. They will have wireless devices to issue tickets from the required advanced online purchases, including lessons, rentals and tickets.
All guests and employees will be required to wear face coverings in all public gathering places including lodges, lift lines and shuttle buses. Masks can be removed while actively eating or drinking in the lodges.
Masks are not required while skiing/riding the trails, and guests should maintain 6 foot physical distancing measures while outside at the resort. Guests riding on the lift alone or with family or friends can use their own discretion towards wearing a mask during the lift ride.
Guests may organize or request to ride alone or with friends/family and we ask all guests to be cooperative in this regard.
Rentals and lessons must be purchased in advance on the website.
Ski and snowboard rentals will be at Skyline Lodge with improved flow to reduce crowding. Tune-ups and repairs will be done at a recently added annex structure at Skyline Lodge.
All purchases at the resort will be cashless and credit card only including at restaurants and the retail shop. As stated above, lift tickets, rentals and lessons must be purchased in advance using a credit card.
There will be a dedicated skier drop off area at Skyline Lodge for convenience and to mitigate gathering.
Restaurants will have “grab and go” options for those wishing to dine outside, at their vehicle, or within their homes.
No hanging out in buildings unless visiting the retail shops, eating, drinking, renting/returning equipment or using the restrooms.
