We are proud to introduce the Canyonside Collection into Eagle Point's rental pool. This collection includes 4 brand new condos. These condos can be described as luxurious, fresh, mountain modern, stylish and comfortable. They are sure to cover all the bases and then some. Canyonside Collection I is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom, a bathroom, a stunning living room with panoramic windows ready to make memories, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and your own private hot tub. Upstairs there is another queen bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom, a loft with another living space area and an office work space.
The location is prime wether its summer or winter. It's just a minute or two walk to the Canyonside Lodge where you can grab a drink or enjoy a fantastic dinner. You can find hundreds of miles of mountain biking, hiking and ATV trails within minutes of the condo's front door.
This condo has high speed internet, TVs connected to Netflix and other streaming services. Unit I has its own car port, hot tub and washer and dryer.
NO PETS ALLOWED. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IF PETS ARE SNUCK IN.
Please note - this condo has two beds and two couches that do not pull out. One person can sleep on each couch or you can request a roll away or two.
